"So far, i love this app. I have only used the free version, but i am going to pay to get the full version as soon as i can. The only problem i have noticed is that the time marker gets confused when its around midnight and you are making an entry on your goals. Its easily corrected, but has to be done each time. I really like being able to edit the shortcuts and customize almost all the features. I showed this to my therapist and she was impressed also. Great app."

Having everything in one place, with reminders and goals to tick off means I am far more likely to practice good habits like getting sunlight, breathing exercises, and meditation. Being able to track moods against various parameters is also very useful. Not a miracle cure but certainly helps to encourage the habits that are known to improve mood. Paying for a year up front well worth the money. Highly recommended."
